The following terms of service apply to all products and services offered by Coolflat (Nokos Oy). By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. General
Coolflat sells and installs air source heat pumps. Orders are placed directly through our website or by sending a request for quotation, where a sales representative will contact the customer.

2. Price calculators

The prices of the price calculators used on the website are based on the information provided by users. If it is determined during design or installation that the user has intentionally or unintentionally provided false information about the object, such as wall structures, Coolflat reserves the right to change the price.

3. Delivery terms
We usually deliver air source heat pumps and their installations within 10 days of order, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change delivery times due to, for example, availability issues or other unforeseen reasons. The delivery schedule is always confirmed separately with the customer.

4. Right of return
Air source heat pumps have a right of return for consumer customers in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to return the product if it is in the original packaging and has not yet been installed. Returns must be agreed separately with our customer service.

5. Installation warranty
All our installations have a 3-year installation warranty. 

Warranty limitations
The warranty does not cover the following situations:

Incorrect or careless handling
Abnormal operating conditions, such as use during construction and renovation
Voltage fluctuations greater than permitted
Failure to follow operating instructions
Wear and tear
External conditions

6. Equipment warranties
The equipment warranties for air source heat pumps are provided by the importer and are stated separately on the product pages. The warranty terms vary by product and are presented in more detail on the product page.

7. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes to the Terms will be effective when posted on our website. By using our services after the changes, you agree to the new terms.
