When is the maintenance visit performed?

Maintenance visits are scheduled for the spring–summer season, before the hottest days. We will send you an email reminder before the maintenance visit, so you can easily book a time that suits you via the link.

What exactly does maintenance include?

During Coolflat Care seasonal maintenance, we perform the following procedures:

Powerful cleaning of the indoor unit with a steam cleaner

Cleaning or replacing filters

Leak and pressure check for the outdoor unit

Basic cleaning of the outdoor unit

24/7 service support for our customers

In addition, you will receive a -15% discount on all other maintenance procedures.

How long does the service take? Do I need to be home?

The service visit will take approximately 45-60 minutes. We recommend that you be present or provide access to the device at the agreed time.

Will I receive a report or proof that the work has been done?

Yes. After each service, you will receive a written report by email. The report includes pictures and the actions taken.

Is this a fixed-term contract?

The agreement is valid until further notice. You can terminate it at any time before the next maintenance period without additional costs by notifying us by email or phone.

What happens if I sell my apartment or move out?

If you sell your home, you can easily transfer your Coolflat Care service to the new owner by notifying us by email. Alternatively, you can cancel the service before the next maintenance visit without any costs. It is important to us that the service is flexible to suit your life situation.

When and how is the invoice sent?

For now, billing always takes place after a service visit. We will inform you if the policy changes. The invoice can be paid via online banking or by card.

Can the price change?

We will notify you of any possible price changes well in advance of the next invoice.

What does 24/7 maintenance support mean in practice?

You can reach us by phone at any time of the day. Our technical support will help you in case of problems. Urgent issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.

What if a fault occurs during or after maintenance?

If the fault is related to maintenance, we will repair it at no additional cost. If it is a problem with another device, we will help you in the best possible way.

Who does the maintenance?

All maintenance is carried out by Coolflat's own trained personnel. We do not use random subcontractors, as we want to ensure consistent and reliable service.

How do I book next year's maintenance?

You will receive an automatic reminder from us by email, and you can conveniently book an appointment electronically. You don't have to remember anything yourself.
